Summary: I was a Police Officer, and two rebels where armed infront of me. I warned them to holster their weapons before I shoot them. I killed the one but the other, after taking some warning shots, he surrendered. I put handcuffs on him and before I arrest him he disconnected to evade arrest. Time metnioned above is the time he disconnected.
