You might of paid with eCheque, I did that mistake and it took 5-7 business days.

Contact one of the admins for assistance, see if they can get you in contact with Soul/Temar. Better still, try to get in contact with them directly.

Its indeed most likly a payment delay (some payment methods may take a coupple of work days)
