I think I am going to need the CS:S stuff for the v2d, but I don't want to spend 20 on a game I'm not going to play just for a server. Is there an addon just like the half life addon there is on the downloads page for v33x?

Try googling it, you might be able to find CSS materials somewhere.
I doubt it's legal to download though, but lets be honest. Who cares?

After you've downloaded it you need to put it into the addons folder.
