first of all im a 14 year old boy i dont know how t ddoss
but tiwer has 2 accounts but i dont like him and i think he hacks my IP adress
tiwer knows how to hack somebody
but can you send me a picture of the IP adress when the accounts join.
but i swear i have only two accounts one of my brother and one of me
why should i ddoss someone if i love to play on the servers

So, have you noticed that you are basically showing us you have alternate accounts in this unban request? Because, as far as I know, Jemo's account was banned before the account "michael van gerwen", meaning that you have proven that it is one person, as can clearly be seen in your first post.
Also:

Proving you have multiple users connecting from your home IP, something your "brother" has denied.
