In short, I've paid for donator status but I haven't recived the ingame benefits
I wasn't online etc when I paid for it, and I gave it to the right steam name.

I suggest you to contact an admin with the PM system.

Go to the 'bugs' forum or PM a Super Admin or Owner I hope that helped and that you get your items.
