Reason why you should be unblacklisted: i was given a temp blacklist on my physgun toolgun and spawning props, it has expired but now it says its a permanant blacklist and i really cant do anything without my physgun.

The blacklist system is bugged, and will say permanent whether it has expired or not.
Try contacting an administrator in-game so they can see it has expired and give you access.
