Reason to unblacklist me is becuase i am usualy quite a good president, reply to requests/warrants fast, and like to play as president, and RP it well

You can have a blacklist for a few days longer yet, then you can be unblacklisted.
Don't base at pool when you're president. Get a cop to build or something.
