Damn hackers! - Nuka - 11-24-2012
A hacker by the name of Afroman was walking around using some sort of tool on cars to make them float, he did this to multiple cars, when i confronted him, he disconnected.

Thats just a bug. I had it a month ago to. I tought it was a hacker but it wasnt just Bugs

Theres not enough evidence to say he did it, but i chased the doctor down and it was Afroman, didn't get any footage of him actually doing it with his name in the footage.
